Who can use a streamline is decided by your organization's setup: the roles that open it, the network it is limited to, and whether the person is suspended. Streamliner shows the answer instead of making you work it out.

## Can Use, on a person's page

Each streamline with:

- **Yes**, or **Yes, only on** a network (for example your store Wi-Fi), when the streamline only works there;
- **No: needs the** Store manager **role**, **No: none of their networks allows it**, or **No: suspended**.

Where their roles hide some of a streamline's tools, a line says how many; tap it to see which. A tool chosen by a pattern shows as the pattern (*inventory_\*_get*), and tools the streamline leaves out for everyone are listed under **Left out for everyone** in Preview as. See Choosing which tools a streamline uses (FR-9).

## Who Can Use This, in the Library

On a streamline's page in the Library, owners and admins see how many people can use it, how many per role, and who they are.

## Preview as…

From a person's page or from **Who Can Use This**, **Preview as…** shows what that person would see in a streamline: its header, its welcome lines with their name in them, its starters and the tools they would get. It is only a preview: no chat is started, no model is asked, no tool runs, and nobody is signed in as them.
