Owners and admins can see how much the organization's streamlines are used. **Usage** is a row in the sidebar (in the list on the iPhone), and in **Settings → Accounts → Organization**.

## The Usage page

- **Period**: **7 days**, **30 days** or **This month**.
- **Model calls**, **Tokens** (input and output, cache reads and writes) and **Estimated cost**, for the whole organization.
- **Break down by** **People**, **Roles**, **Streamlines** or **Models**, each row with its calls, tokens and cost.

*Costs are estimates from list prices, in US dollars.* A person's use counts under each role they hold, so the roles add up to more than the total. The page says when it was last updated; figures are a minute or so behind.

Usage needs you to be signed in to the organization and online. The Meridian demo has none: its assistant is scripted and costs nothing.

## Daily limits

Your organization can cap use per day: per person, per role, per streamline, or for one person in one streamline. Limits are checked before every call, so they are never overrun.

- When someone gets close, a quiet banner tells them: *You've used 82% of today's limit.*
- When a limit is reached, a calm notice says which one: *You've reached today's limit for this streamline. It resets at midnight UTC; your manager can raise it.* or *Your team has reached today's limit.*

Limits reset at midnight UTC. Nothing a person has done is lost when one is reached; they continue the next day or after the limit is raised.

Limits and prices are part of your organization's account settings. Ask whoever set up the account to change them.

## The bill

The AI service is billed to your organization's account. Personal use on this device is billed to each person's own model key and never appears here.
